测量原理
The Model TV-22 viscometer utilizes a torque balance servo method to detect viscous torque. The sensing system employs a flat spring bearing. When viscous torque acts on the turning rotor, a deflection between the drive shaft and the follower shaft occurs. This deflection is converted to an electrical current providing a counter force which acts to return the deflection to zero via the feedback control system on the drive shaft. The electrical current is transmitted to a torquer which is comprised of a coil and magnet, to generate a force which zeroes the deflection between the drive shaft and follower shaft. This zeroing current is detected and converted into a viscosity value.
